By scheduling a training session with Dev 11 soccer Academy, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms are designed to create a respectful, flexible, and supportive environment for families while maintaining fairness and structure in how we operate.

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • All training sessions must be scheduled online through our official booking system.

  • Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You will receive confirmation and reminder emails or texts for your scheduled sessions.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens — and our policy reflects that.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us 30 minutes after the session start time AT THE LATEST; IF YOU NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 30 MINUTES OF YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION (OR BEFOREHAND) No cancellation fees will be charged.

  • In these cases, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule the session at no cost.

  • Missed sessions with no notice beyond the 30-minute grace period may not be eligible for a refund, though we handle all situations with understanding and communication.

3. Weather & Coach-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the event of inclement weather or unsafe field conditions, we may cancel or reschedule sessions.

  • You will be contacted as early as possible and provided the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • If we cancel for any other reason (e.g., illness, emergency), you will also receive a full refund or free reschedule, whatever you choose.

4. Payments

  • Payments are collected securely at the time of booking through our online scheduling platform.

  • We do not accept cash or in-person payments unless pre-approved.

  • Package sessions must be used within a reasonable time window (suggested 60–90 days) unless otherwise discussed.

5. Liability & Safety

  • All participants (or guardians) must complete a liability waiver before participating in any session.

  • Players should arrive with proper footwear, hydration, and a willingness to work hard in a supportive environment.

  • Player Development Academy is not responsible for personal items lost or left behind.

6. Media Use

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

  • Media will never be shared without prior consent via the media release section of our intake form.

7. Respect & Conduct

  • We maintain a positive, respectful environment for players, families, and coaches.

  • Disrespectful behavior, repeated no-shows, or unsafe conduct may result in termination of future booking privileges.
